In 2020, we converted a musty old 1994 Dodge Ram Conversion Van into a cozy little log cabin home we named Phoebe. Since then we’ve been living the van life and touring the United States.

Building our beast of a van wasn’t easy. We made a lot of mistakes. Mistakes that cost us thousands of dollars and hours of wasted time, not to mention the frustration. Fortunately, you don’t have to. Our friends Katie & Ben over at Two Wandering Soles made these insanely detailed van build guides and blueprints. They can help you like they have countless others avoid the disastrous pitfalls many first-time builders fall into. And being professional engineers and designers…they know what they’re talking about.
